We offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee on every product we offer.
 
Cancellation Procedures
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately.  Please call our customer service department at 303-456-5535 or email mark@go-gis.com  If you email you must include your order number , your name, address, and phone number. 
 
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation request was documented as being received after the order was shipped by us, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping and handling charges once we have received the returned item.  If the item was shipped, you will need a RMA# to receive a refund.  The returned item must be in new condition and must have all manuals, accessories, and in the original package containing all of the original packaging materials. After the 14 day money back guarantee period, orders are subject to a 20% restock fee, and inspection upon return. If products are returned damaged, additional charges may be added to the order, decreasing the amount credited to the customer.
 
NOTE: Merchandise sent with no RMA number becomes the property of Global Infrastructure Solutions. Global Infrastucture Solutions is not obligated to provide a return or replacement for such returned product.

One-Year Warranty
All Climate Monitoring products come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defect or failure from the date of purchase.  This warranty covers repair of the product.  If product arrives damaged or is defective upon arrival, product will be replaced and freight paid both ways by manufacturer.  Manufacturer must receive notification within 14 business days from date of shipping.  If product is defective after the 14 day period, product can be returned with an RMA# and manufacturer is responsible for 1 way freight charge.  Warranty does not cover damage by accident, misuse, neglect, or improper use or transportation of product.

We also offer a 2 to 3 year extended warranty for 15% of purchase price and a 3 to 4 year warranty for 20% of purchase price.
